...a day on the ocean.

This is the last entry with pictures from our trip to Key West.  The last day of our vacation my father and Jer and I went on a fishing charter, when we returned we took Eli fishing for the first time (he didn't catch a thing, so sad) and the next day we made the drive back to Miami for the flight home.

We arrived back to shore and as they cleaned the fish and the Pelican's descended on us wanting the extra scraps.  This little Chihuahua thought it was his job to chase the Pelican's away even though they were twice his size.  I thought it was hilarious to watch and so I tried to get a pic of it.  Jen, this one's for you:)
Eli had been asking to go fishing "like Papa" the whole trip.  After we returned from the charter we took him out so he could try it.  We didn't catch a thing, not even a single bite.  He still talks about it though and can't wait to go fishing this summer.

The next day we headed back to Miami, the long road back to Miami. The kids were exhausted and slept most of the way, but we did manage to stop in Key Largo for an ice cream break.

We visited this ice cream place last year on our vacation to Key Largo and really enjoyed it.  I had to beg Jer to let me take this photo and now it's one of my favorites from the trip.  Thanks Jer!

Thanks Mom and Dad for a great trip!
